The provision of family office services to high net worth individuals and families, non-profit asset holders, institutional investors, corporations and other family offices. Core services are in particular i) strategic advice and support for the overall asset strategy, ii) reporting and controlling services, iii) administrative activities, iv) real estate controlling and management, and v) investment management. In particular, the company performs the following activities subject to authorisation: - the provision of activities as a financial investment broker in accordance with Section 34f (1) of the GewO in relation to financial investments within the meaning of Section 34f (1) numbers 1, 2 and 3 of the GewO and - the provision of activities as a real estate loan broker in accordance with Section 34i (1) of the GewO. - If a permit has been obtained, the company may perform other activities of any kind that require a permit. The company also performs the following activities subject to licensing: - arranging the conclusion of contracts for land, rights equivalent to real estate, commercial premises or residential premises, as well as proving the opportunity to conclude such contracts in accordance with Section 34c (1) sentence 1 number 1 of the GewO, - arranging the conclusion of loan agreements or proving the opportunity to conclude such contracts in accordance with Section 34c (1) sentence 1 number 2 of the GewO, with the exception of contracts within the meaning of Section 34i (1) sentence 1 of the Industrial Code, - the preparation or implementation of construction projects as a builder in his own name for his own account or for the account of a third party using assets of purchasers, tenants, lessees or other persons entitled to use or applicants for acquisition or rights of use, as well as the economic preparation or implementation of such projects as a construction supervisor in the name of a third party for the account of a third party pursuant to Section 34c (1) sentence 1 Number 3 a) and b) GewO, - the management of common property of apartment owners within the meaning of Section 1 (2), (3), (5) and (6) of the Condominium Act as well as the management of tenancies for residential premises within the meaning of Section 549 of the Civil Code for third parties (residential property managers) pursuant to Section 34c (1) sentence 1 number 4 of the GewO.
