Corporate purpose
The management of a servicing and maintenance operation in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 2042/2003 of the EU Commission of 20 November 2003 on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft up to 5.7t and aeronautical products, parts and appliances and the granting of approvals to organizations and persons carrying out these activities as well as this provision of continuing regulations (EASA licensed operation). The Company covers the respective expenses solely and exclusively by collecting cost-covering fees for the services it offers. Profit is not intended. Nevertheless, profits made are to be used for the purposes of the company provided for in the articles of association or distributed to the partners, provided that they are all non-profit corporations. 3) The Company shall ensure all processes to ensure that aircraft comply with applicable airworthiness requirements and can be operated safely. Maintenance includes one or a combination of the following activities: overhaul, repair, inspection, replacement, modification or troubleshooting of an aircraft or component. The company shall ensure consistency in the application of common technical requirements in the field of continuing airworthiness of aeronautical parts and equipment. The company is also responsible for releasing an aircraft or component after maintenance. An essential part of the object of the company is also the training and further education of authorized personnel and the licensing of technical personnel within the framework of the legal provisions.
