Corporate purpose
1. The Company pursues exclusively and directly non-profit and charitable purposes within the meaning of the Section Tax-Privileged Purposes of the Tax Code (AO). 2. The purpose of the company is the promotion of assistance for the disabled and the welfare system, vocational training and the selfless support of persons in need within the meaning of § 53 AO. Above all, the society serves the promotion, integration and care of people with disabilities and people at risk of disability. 3. The company offers jobs that come close to the performance of its employees. The company may also establish, maintain and operate other inclusive businesses. 4. In addition, other social and diaconal tasks relating to the integration, promotion and care of persons with disabilities and persons at risk of disability may be assumed, insofar as these are tax-privileged purposes within the meaning of the Tax Code. 5. The Company shall also pursue the purposes mentioned in section 2 above within the framework of a scheduled cooperation with the corporations belonging to the entire company "Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie" that meet the requirements of §§ 51 to 68 AO, in particular by providing personnel or by providing services of any kind, such as garden and landscape maintenance.
