Development, Production and Marketing of Advanced Organic, Inorganic and Composite Semiconductor and Other Materials of Advanced Properties (e.g. the Conductive Poly(3,4-Ethylene DioxyThiophene):P oly (Styrene Sulfonate - Pedot:PSS, the Photoactive Poly(3-HexylThiophene)/[6,6]-Phenyl C 61 Butyric Acid - P3HT:Pcbm, the Insulating Poly(4-VinylPhenol) - PVP) in the form of Thin Films, Nanofibers, Nanoparticles and Nanostructures, with Technologies Such as Liquid Techniques (e.g. Spin-Coating, Dip Coating etc), Printing (e.g. Gravure, Slot-die, Inkjet, Screen Printing, etc.), Vacuum (e.g. Thermal & E-gun Evaporation, etc.), Low Vapor Phase Deposition (Ovpd), etc. and Development, Production and Marketing of OH Such as Organic Photovoltaics - OPVs, Organic Transistors - OTFTs, Organic Light Emitting Diodes and Lighting - OLEDs, Sensors, Biosensors, Other Related Electronic or Non-Electronic Devices, Devices and Products, etc. 1.2. Development, Production, and Marketing of Innovative Organic, Inorganic and Hybrid Materials in the Form of Such Thin Films, Nanofilters, Nanofibers and Nanoparticles in Multilayer Structures for the Production of Devices and Devices with Functional Properties and High Barrier Films with the Techniques of Case 1.1, for the Encapsulation of OH Devices, the Protection of OH and Other Devices and Devices from Atmospheric Gases (Such as Oxygen and Water Vapour), UV Radiation or Other Radiation, Dust, Particles, Chemical or Biological Causes, etc. 1.3. Development, Manufacture and Marketing of Functional OH Devices and Products on Rigid (e.g. Glass) and Flexible Substrates (e.g. PET, and Other Plastics), and Roll-to-Roll (R2R) Production Methods and Processes for Thin Film Printing for Flexible OH and Other Related Products, and Applications. 1.5. Design, Development, Production and Marketing of OH Manufacturing Lines that Combine Different Technologies such as R2R Printing, Vacuum and Very High Speed Laser etc. as well as Measurement and Monitoring Techniques (Optical, Electrical, etc.) for the Optimal Development of Functional Layers (Coatings or Thin Films), Nanomaterials, Nanofibers and Nanoparticles of OH Devices and Other Electronic Devices and Processes and their Precise Quality Control, and Real Time Production. 1.6. Development, Production and Marketing of Techniques and Systems for Measurement, Monitoring, Analysis, and Quality and Quantitative Control in Real Time and/or In-Line Deposition, Printing Such as R2R Processes for Printing and Deposition of Thin Films in Vacuum Chambers, and Integration and Adaptation To Vacuum Chambers and R2R Printing Systems, and in Collaboration of Technicians with Smart Systems and Property Control Units, Processes and Production. 1.7. Design, Development, Production and Marketing of Laser Systems and Very High Speed Lasers for Cleaning, Engraving, Molding, Cutting, Electrical Isolation, Design, etc. and Their Adaptation to Various Processes such as R2R Printing Processes for Engraving, Modification, etc., Printed Thin Films, Surfaces, Substrates etc. for the Production of OH Devices and Other Related Products and Electronic or Non-Electronic Devices. 1.8. Development and Production of Vacuum Chambers for the Construction of OH and Other Related Electronic and Non-Electronic Devices. 1.9. Research, Study and Marketing of the Properties of Developed Thin Films, Nanofilters, Nanofibers, Nanoparticles and Nanostructural Materials, such as Optical, Electronic, Structural, Morphological, Nanomechanical, Using a Variety of Techniques such as Spectroscopic Ellipsometry - SE, Raman, Electrical, Atomic Force Microscopy - AFM, X-ray Diffraction - XRD, etc. for their Use in Applications and Products of OH and Nanotechnology. 1.10. Research, Development, Production, Elaboration of Studies, Provision of Consultancy Services, Education, Organization of Conferences and Exhibitions and Marketing of OH and Nanotechnology Products, Processes and Technologies. Stergios Logothetidis is the Exclusive Owner, Holder and Inventor of: 1) No. 7,777,882 B2 U.S. Patent Awarded by the United Stated Patents and Trademarks Office (Uspto), under the title "Method for the in-Situ and Real-Time Determination of the Thickness, Optical Properties and Quality of Transparent Coatings During Their Growth Onto Polymeric Substrates and Determination of the Modification, Activation and the Modification Depth of Polymeric Materials Surfaces", 2) of No. EP06765394.9/EP1910804 European Patent Application Pending at the European Patent Office (EPO) under the title "Method for the in-Situ and Real-Time Determination of the Thickness, Optical Properties and Quality of Transparent Coatings" and 3) of no. 1005550 of the Greek Patent under the title "A Method for Determining the Thickness, Optical Properties and Quality of Transparent Coatings in the Process of Their Growth on Polymeric Substrates, and Determination of Modification Thickness". The Company has contracted with the Beneficiary Stergios Logothetidis and has contractually acquired the right to commercially exploit the above Diplomas and the pending application for the award of a European Diploma and any National Diplomas that will be awarded based on it. The contractually acquired license of the company for the exploitation of these diplomas is explicitly included in the corporate purposes. 2. The means of achieving the end are: 2.1. Analyses and Measurements, Aesthetic and Industrial Design of Prototypes and OH Products and Nanotechnology. 2.2. The Safeguarding of Intellectual Property Rights (Intellectual and Industrial) concerning new Products and Processes, and Applications in Greece and abroad. 2.3. The preparation of Business Plans, Market Studies, Marketing Studies and Financial Plans Regarding the Economic Exploitation of OH Products, Processes and Materials and Nanotechnology and Their Applications. 2.4. Participation in Exhibitions, Competitions, and Any Promotional and Promotional Activities Required to Achieve the Economic Exploitation of Organic and Printable Electronics Products, Processes and Nanotechnology, and Their Applications. 2.5. The Purchase by Third Parties of Know-How and Rights of Third Parties, which may be required for the Economic Exploitation of Knowledge of OH and Nanotechnology Products and Processes. 2.6. The Import and Export, Purchase, Manufacture, Sale and Marketing of Relevant Technological Equipment and Technologies, Know-How and Knowledge. 2.7. The Commercial, Technological and Scientific Cooperation with Foreign and Domestic Firms with Similar Purposes and their Representation in Greece and wherever else agreed. 2.8. The Assignment to Third Parties of Know-How and Intellectual Property Rights (Intellectual and Industrial) and Licenses, Regarding the new Products, Processes, Applications and Know-How on Them, which the Company will Produce. 2.9. Transfer of know-how in the field of Organic and Printable Electronics and Provision of Integrated Consulting Solutions for Specialized Scientific and Technological Issues and Applications to Bodies and Companies Operating in the Field. 2.10. Consulting Services on the Issues and Procedures for the Submission of National and European Research Programs, Research and Technological Development in the Field of Organic Electronics, as well as Organization of Training Seminars, Conferences and Workshops in the Field of OH and Nanotechnology for the Education and Training of Personnel of Bodies and Companies in the Field. 2.11. Organization of Specialized Scientific and Technological Conferences and Workshops in Cutting-edge Fields of Modern Technology of OH and Nanotechnology. 2.12. Development of pilot OH products such as OPVs, OTFTs, OLEDs, sensors, biosensors and devices and instruments for the production of OH either independently or in the context of various research actions and in collaboration with other research bodies and companies with the ultimate goal of their commercial exploitation. 2.13. Any Action Deemed Necessary for the Achievement of the Corporate Purpose and Not Included in the Above Mentioned Means. 3. In order to achieve its purpose, the Company may also: Participate in National, European and International Financing and Investment Programs. Participate in any Business with Similar or Similar Purpose, of any Corporate Type, as well as in Joint Ventures and Cooperative Scientific and Business Schemes, Clusters, Spin-Offs as well as in Public Private Law Partnerships and All Kinds of Scientific, Educational, Technological Bodies. To Cooperate with any Natural or Legal Person in any Way and to Establish Alone or with Third Legal or Natural Persons in accordance with the Applicable Regime in order to Support Investment and Business Applications in the Technical Field of Nanotechnology. To establish branches or agencies or offices anywhere in Greece and abroad and to participate and cooperate, represent and establish any other business abroad or domestically that has the same or similar purpose.
