(1) The company pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the Tax Code (AO). The company is selflessly active, it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes. (2) The Association is the promotion of health care including rehabilitation and participation of disabled, threatened by disability and chronically ill people, prevention, pre- and aftercare (Social Code IX). (3) The purpose of the statutes shall be achieved in particular by services rendered - within the scope of the company's material possibilities - in order to: a) averting, eliminating, reducing, preventing its aggravation or mitigating its consequences, regardless of the cause of the disability, b) avoiding, overcoming, reducing or preventing restrictions on earning capacity or dependency, as well as premature to avoid receiving other social benefits or to reduce current social benefits, c) to secure participation in working life in the long term in accordance with inclinations and abilities or d) to promote personal development holistically and to enable or facilitate participation in life in society as well as a life that is as independent or self-determined as possible. (4) The tasks referred to in Par. 3 shall be carried out primarily through the maintenance and operation of outpatient, semi-inpatient and inpatient facilities, in particular the Rehaklinik Ob der Tauber (Bad Mergentheim), the Rehaklinik Am Kurpark (Bad Kissingen), the Rehaklinik Sonnhalde (Donaueschingen), the Rehaklinik Heidelberg-Königstuhl, the Rehaklink Überruh (Isny), the Rehaklinik Klausenbach (Nordrach), the Rehaklinik Baden-Baden, the Rehaklinik Glotterbad (Glottertal) and the Zentrum for Outpatient Psychosomatic Rehabilitation Freiburg as well as the associated outpatient, semi-inpatient and inpatient facilities. (5) The company is entitled to all transactions and measures that appear necessary or useful to achieve the company awakening and are permissible in accordance with § 30 SGB IV. It may make use of an auxiliary person within the meaning of §57 Abs. 1 AO to fulfil its tasks. (6) If, in addition to the Deutsche Rentenversicherung as insurance carrier or its associations, other third parties are also involved in the company, the share of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung or its associations may not be less than 51%. (7) The Company may participate in other companies in the health and rehabilitation sector at home and abroad to fulfill its corporate purpose, to establish such companies and establish branches and hold investments. (8) The supervisory authorities responsible for the shareholder must be notified of measures taken by the company which would be subject to approval or notification pursuant to § 85 para. 1 5GB IV ( 85 para. 5 5GB IV).
